Apprenticeship Case Study: Level 3 International Freight Forwarding

by | Nov 15, 2021

CP Training offers a range of Apprenticeships, including Level 3 International Freight Forwarding – which ensures learners are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to perform their roles effectively in a post-Brexit landscape.

We caught up with Ramona Nicola, a Client Manager at EV Cargo, to find out more about her experience during her training.

What attracted you to the Level 3 International Freight Forwarding Apprenticeship?
Even though we do learn a lot on the job, I have always felt that in order to give the best service to our customers, I need to be sure that the foundation of my knowledge is stable and secure.

What have you particularly valued during your Apprenticeship?
Customs essentials and financials. We had a positive and knowledgeable tutor, and his support to all of us has been brilliant.

How has the programme positively affected your performance at work?
It has improved my performance in a range of areas, from improving my time management skills to being able to navigate the difficulties that Brexit poses.

What would you say to other managers considering an Apprenticeship?
Go for it! There are only positives that will come from the training.

CP Training are enrolling new learners soon. To find out more, contact Alex Mortimer on 01708 259 450 or am@supplychainacademy.org.uk.
